TMT ~ Pizza 2 Ways & Coconut No Bake Cookies

Blessed with Grace
Pizza is a favorite with the kids but with money short these days I've been trying ways to make it at home with what I have on hand. Hope you enjoy :).
Alexis Twist on Taco Pizza
Homemade Pizza Dough
3 c. bisquick (less if like thin crust)
3/4 c. water

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly grease pizza pan. Mix bisquick and water set aside. Pat out bisquick in pan. Bake for 5 - 10 minutes (until golden brown) let cool before adding toppings.

Toppings I used:
Taco Meet (Left over from previous night)
Salsa
Corn
Kidney Beans
Cheddar cheese

Add whatever you like this is what we had on hand. Cook for 10 - 12 Minutes until cheese is melted. Let sit for a few minutes and serve up!

Yes I turned around took the picture of the boys and saw something blue. That would be a leggo guy!

1 pound hamburger
2 cups spaghetti sauce

Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Place them in the bottom of a lightly greased 9 x 13 casserole dish.

No Bake Chocolate Coconut Oatmeal Cookies

Servings: approximately 24 cookies
Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Combine sugar, cocoa, coconut oil and milk in a saucepan. On medium heat, bring to a boil. Once mixture has reached a rolling boil, boil for exactly 1 minute.

Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and oatmeal. Also stir in shredded coconut if using.

Drop by spoonful onto wax paper. Let cool for at least 30 minutes (place in refrigerator after cooled at room temperature for faster firming). The cookies will become more firm as they sit longer.

Makes approximately 24 cookies, depending on size. Store in refrigerator.

  3. Both of those pizzas sound like great family meals. I love the ease of using bisquick or a can of biscuits. I am definitely going to try that taco version soon.

  4. Mmmm I love pizza. I'm with you on making the homemade version - I think it (generally) tastes better that way anyway!

  5. Taco pizza sounds great! But those cookies ... The only problem I see is my family waiting for the cookies to set. By the time we "tested" enough to see if they were firm, the cookies would be gone!
