(CLOSED) A Change in Altitude Audio Book Giveaway (3 Winners)

I have another great audio book that three lucky winners will get the chance to have for themselves. As most of you know now I LOVE my audio books. Since having kids sitting and reading a book hasn't been the easiest for me. I use to be able to finish a book in days maybe even one if it was really good. These days I rather take the sleep until waiting to read when I finally get a rare quiet time.

Tonight I bring to you a wonderful book of young love and marriage. As I know change soon after one is married can send some ripples (ours was adding a honeymoon baby). In A Change in Altitude you will meet Margaret and Patrick who set off on an adventure to Kenya on after a few months of marriage. Patrick is works in medicine and Margaret as a photojournalist. Soon Margaret will see her new life and new husband in a new light.

On a climbing expedition with a British couple a terrible accident happens that will claim the life of one of them. These events will forever change Margaret, the way see views the world, her marriage and just about everything. Follow along this amazing journey of change in environment and self growth.

(CLOSED) True Compass Audio CD Giveaway (3 Winners)

The Kennedy's have always been a fascination to many. From the good to the bad we can't help ourself but read and watch TV on whatever is being said about them.

Some have regarded Edward M. Kennedy as one of the great senators in nations history. He was the youngest of nine children born to Joseph P. Kennedy and Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy. In 1962 he was elected to the U.S. Senate, where he began a fascinating political education and became a legislator. He played a key role as a young man in the presidential campaign of his brother John F. Kennedy.

He writes movingly of his brothers and their influence on him; his years of struggle in the wake of their deaths; his marriage to the woman who changed his life, Victoria Reggie Kennedy; his role in the major events of our time (from the civil rights movement to the election of Barack Obama); and how his recent diagnosis of a malignant brain tumor has given even greater urgency to his long crusade for improved health care for all Americans. Written with warmth, wit, and grace, True Compass is Edward M. Kennedy's inspiring legacy to readers and to history.

I may not alway be on the same path as the Kennedy's political views but I've always found them fascinating and have enjoyed listening to the way he loved his family and wife. If you're not the same political party you will still enjoy this book of tragedy, love and changes of the world around us.
