Make Something Monday ... Impossibly Easy Mac ’n Cheese Pie

Make Something Monday

This wasn't one of my top 10 favorites I think it may needed to cook longer then they said, noodles still a little crunchy. But it is a good quick and easy meal, and it's better then the box mac and cheese! Yes another recipe from my Betty Crocker emails, tell you we would never eat with out them.

What you need to make it
Add the mac (not cooked) Add the cheese
In bowl mix the bisquick
Add the milk
Add the hot sauce
Add the eggs
Pour over cheese and noodles
Put it in the oven
Spray the tin foil
Cover with foil for half the cook time
Remove foil and continue to cook
Add more cheese

Yummy and melted!

Doesn't that look yummy!

  7. Oooh I am going to have to try that...the mac and cheese I make takes a lot more work but I bet this is just as good and faster! Oh, I will say though, adding crushed goldfish crackers as a topping is a great addition to any mac and cheese!
Where do I get the recipe?

  10. Thank you! I've been looking for macaroni recipes, as I have an excess of macaroni noodles in my pantry. I will add this to my list of things to try.
