Despicable Me Minions Sandwich Bento Box

Day 2 of our lunch box is Despicable Me Minions Sandwich Bento Box, I found the idea on Easy Bento Box Recipes.  So easy and so cute!!  I took her idea and as usual made it my own.

What you Need:

Bread (Sandwich of your choice)

Circle Cutters (for head of minion and eye ball)

Seaweed or Fruit Roll Up

Cheese

Candy Eye

Red Candy

Black Candy String

For the Minion:

Take a circle cutter to cut the top of the minion head (you can do by hand if you like).  Cut out the strap for the head, I used fruit roll up I had on hand.  I took a small circle cutter for the outside of the eye and added a candy eye (Wilton).  For the mouth I cut a circle then made a moon shape, I added a red jelly bean for the tongue. For the hair I cut some black string (Wilton) and placed on top of the sandwich to look like hair.

I also added a chocolate banana I made in a silicone mold.  I used the top part of my fruit roll up with the characters and attached to the bin I had the cookies in.
