Sorry everyone I haven't been around this past weekend it has been a crazy weekend so I'm going into my resources of pretyped recipes for Monday. This one was one I made about a year ago that was very yummy. Hope you enjoy!

On my quest for yet another amazing breakfast I found this yummy recipe at http://www.freebisquickrecipes.com/ and as you have guessed I'm in love with cooking with Bisquick. Remember my three rules, fast, easy and yummy :). For the love of bacon, I think I've found every yummy bacon recipe I could do ... LOL yeah right I bet again next weekend I'll find something! Enjoy!

All you need :)
Ok well I forgot the cheese and the onion (so add that on)
Onions on bottom of pie pan
Eggs in bowl
Add Bisquick
(yes I went to Costco and bought the real stuff)
Add the sour cream
Add the chillies
Add the bacon to the onions
Add the milk
(next time I'll only do 1 cup of milk)
Add the Cheese
Cover over the bacon and onions
Check that out!

Title: Impossible Bacon Breakfast Pie (Quiche)

Yield: 4 servings
1 lb Bacon
1 c Bisquick
1 cn Green Chili (chopped)
6 oz Sour cream
1 c Grated cheese (Jack)
3 Eggs
1 1/2 c Milk
1 Salt & Pepper to taste

Brown, drain and crumble bacon. Put in bottom of 11X7 greased dish. Top with onion and cheese. Put rest in blender for 1 min. Pour into pan.

Bake at 350 until tests done with knife (35-45 min)

Tempt My Tummy Tuesday - Breakfast Casserole (Croutons)


All you need

Season the meat

Add Croutons
Eggs in bowl
Add the milk to eggs
Top with Meat
Pour egg mixture over the top
Finish with cheese
Put in the oven
Bake for 40 minutes
Yummy out of the oven

1 lb. sausage, browned & drained
1 pkg. croutons, unseasoned
1 c. cheddar cheese
6 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk

Grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch casserole dish. Place croutons in bottom of pan. Add sausage. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Combine milk and eggs. Pour over sausage. Let set in refrigerator 2 hours or longer. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

Tempt My Tummy Tuesday - Breakfast Casserole

Just a quick and easy one to share with you today. Didn't have a lot of time so I threw together this quick breakfast casserole. Super yummy and easy, enjoy!


Beat up Eggs
Add Bisquick
Add milk
Brown bacon and put on the bottom of dish
Add Cheese to the Bisquick mixture
Pour over bacon
Set oven for 400 for 50 minutes
Out of the oven
Yummy!
1 lb. browned & drained breakfast sausage
5 eggs
1 1/3 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a casserole dish. Mix eggs, Bisquick, milk, salt and pepper. Beat 1 minute. Pour into dish and add cheese. Stir in sausage and onions. Bake uncovered 50 minutes or until center tests clean. Cool 5 minutes.
