When I saw a review on Delicae Gourmet I just knew I had to try it and they were so gracious to offer me a few yummy ones to try and to offer you a chance to with $25 worth also!

Ok you all know I'm a nut and my crock pot is used at least 2 or 3 times a week, since I found those liners I could use it almost every day!! They have an amazing line to choose from check out just a few: Slow Cooker Dinner Kits, Slow Cooker Soup Kits, Marinade Sauces, Grilling Sauces, Dipping Sauces, Barbacue Sauces and many more that can fix any occasions.

I had the chance to check out these amazing ones and of course I took pictures of one I made for you see :)

Homemade Turkey Barley
Italian Kitchen Osso Bucco
Country Harvest Corn Chowder
and the one that I made just for you is Old Fashioned Pot Roast.

The Old Fashioned Pot Roast was fabulous and I couldn't believe how much it made I actually had enough to share with a friend. The dehydrated veggies plumped up and were so delicious, the boys just dug in and get this no complaints about eating veggies! The pot roast was so tender and juicy and just to die for! I made this the last week of working and when I opened the door I almost went into a food coma! I'm actually glad I didn't make this while I was working from home because I don't think I would get anything done!

Ingredients needed
1 8 oz can of tomato sauce
1 14 ½ oz can of petite diced tomatoes
3-3 ½ lb. boneless beef chuck roast
3 cups of water or low sodium beef broth

Cooking Instructions
1. Place the chuck roast in the bottom of the slow cooker.
2. Layer the contents of the vegetable and spice packet over the roast.
3. Top evenly with the diced tomatoes and tomato sauce.
4. Slowly pour 3 cups of water or broth over the ingredients.
5. Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours or low for 10-11 hours.

Serving Suggestions
Substitute 1 cup of red wine for 1 cup of the water or broth.
Top with sour cream and chives.
Add Dijon mustard or horseradish to the gravy
.
