Kid Friendly Meals (2 Snacks & Monkey Cupcakes)

We've had some yummy kid friendly meals here that have been a huge hit! Hope your all having a wonderful Tuesday! I worked out for my 2nd day at the new gym, keep the positive thoughts and prayers coming my way I'll need them :).
First on our list was some YUMMY Cheesy Potato Skins on the Disney Family Fun site.

And we were scheduled to have friends come over but they had to reschedule so Cole's class got a extra special treat in the form of Monkey Cupcakes! I started with the Best Chocolate Cake and then made the Monkey Cupcakes.

    it all looks amazing...
    and choc muffins, oh my!!
    muffins (of any sort and flavor) are one of my most FAVORITE things to eat... and then, to add choc to them.... YIKES!!!

  19. OMG, those potatoes look AWESOME! I know that Bill would adore them as much as I would, I'd probably put bacon in them, too.
    The cupcakes are just too cute! I know that your boys just loved them to pieces, I didn't even need to see the photos.
