Something Sweet, but Low FAT? Can it be true??

Even though I’m on a diet and trying hard to watch what I eat but I can’t help it I need to have something a little sweet.  How can I spend an hour at the gym and then take a bite of something sweet?  It’s all about moderation and of course then I need to have lower calories.  I’ve found some amazing ones so far!

  14. Those look SO good. But I'm going to get to the nitty gritty here about dietary dos and don'ts. Don't worry about low fat. Honestly. Think about it. A pound of sugar has ZERO fat in it. It's not the fat you have to worry about. It's the easily digestible carbs - like white flour and cereals, white rice, white sugar, and high starches. Go in moderation on those and you'll do your diet wonders!
