On to Healthy
Ok friends I’m doing it, well I may be feeling like I’m being beat to death but I’m doing it! The kettlebell work out by Jillian Michael's may only be 25 minutes but I’ve come to the conclusion we could use it as some form of torture system. Move over water boarding hear comes the KettleBell. Just playing well sort of! I’ve been doing good on our meals and this week I’ve started with The Green Monster Smoothie in the mornings. It’s actually filling and taste rather well. I think I may put in some protein mix or flax seed. My bullet is getting a work out itself and doesn’t fit all of it in it so I have to do it in 2 parts but it’s great!
Week 2 of Kettlebell is started. AND I made an appointment at a local clinic that is a place I can make payments and it’s at a reduced rate! My appointment is in 2 weeks so hopefully I’ll get my thyroid back on track too!
So there you have it, it’s been very busy around here. I find that when I’m working out I have less me time but it’s good and soon I’ll find my groove again and be back to visiting. Sorry if I haven’t said hi, soon I’ll catch up!

Ok so it’s not so BAD …
I saw this cartoon and just died laughing I so would be this person! Full of excuses why I can’t do the exercise. I’m happy to say that I have worked out every day since Saturday except Sunday. I have cut my excuses and figure that 25 minutes a day won’t kill me. IT may make my arms and legs feel like jello with weights attached to them.
I have found that my overweight body can’t do all the hops and the down to the floor move with one arm up in the air just may not be in my future. I instead of the past don’t fast forward threw these parts I do an exercise that I can manage at this time.
So I’m surviving my first week of exercise, I haven’t passed out yet and I am walking slow but still moving. Let’s see if I’m still moving next week!
