Mission Bringing the Hmmmm to my house!

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Mission Foods. All opinions are 100% mine.

As you all know I love to cook and bake, if the boys could have their way we would have Mexican style every night. I do try to please and make a version at least once a week. Mission is one of our favorite brands of tortillas around here. They have some GREAT flavors along with the flour. I of course love the whole wheat (I sneak it in where I can). Yes I know it's covered under cheese but there is something a little bit healthy in there :).

The flour tortillas of course are a favorite with the boys, which is ok with me since they have 0 grams of Trans fat per serving and are cholesterol free. Cole loves to make wraps with butter and cinnamon and sugar. Also he loves our quesadilla maker he can take a tortilla add his toppings and another tortilla and he's set to go. Love anything that is kid friendly in my world!

Here's a creation I made a while back:

And for an easy night I busted out the quesdilla maker and threw this one together. Super easy and yummy the boys loved it.

I scrambled up some eggs added some Canadian bacon and green chillies. Added this to the tortilla with some salsa and cheese and serve with sour cream!
You know my mission, Quick, CHEAP and fast and this my friends was just that, WAY under $10 ... closer to about $2.50 each. 3. Dude, you'll so win this!

You have a quesadila maker? Ok, I totally need one of those. They're SO hard to flip without a) missing the mark and therefore making them crooked or b) spilling the contents EVERYWHERE!

  5. That sounds like a really delicious meal... I'm gonna have to try that, I'd probably have to use turkey bacon because of Bill's liver disease, but I'm sure it would be just as good.
Thanks for letting me know about Mission's supporting Share Our Strength, I did not know that and I think it is wonderful!
