Menu Plan Monday

mealplanmonday_v2I’ve been so proud of myself I have been planning my meals and sticking to it for the last 6 weeks.  I make my meal then go to the grocery store with that list and that is what I buy.  I have found I have cut our grocery bills by $20 to $30.  I don’t have the crazy what are we having for dinner and then eating late or bad foods.  So I thought why not play along with the meal plan ladies Smile.

Here is what we are planning this week, I’ll post pictures and the recipes threw out next week.  Maybe you’ll find something you’ll like too!

  1. Sunday – Healthy Spaghetti & Meatballs
  2. Monday – Weight Watcher’s Crockpot Meatballs (served over brown rice)
  3. Tuesday (Friends come to dinner) -Turkey Burgers with Zucchini & Low Fat Strawberry No-Bake Cheesecake
  4. Wednesday -Spinach and Feta Stuffed Chicken Breasts
  5. Thursday – Weight Watcher’s Teriyaki Turkey Burgers
  6. Friday – FREE night Pizza from Papa Murphys
  7. Saturday – FREE night Homemade Chicken Nuggets

Well there you have it, my first Menu Plan Monday Smile.

  3. You GO girl! :) I always find that things are so much less hectic and chaotic when I have a plan. And as I always say, fail to plan.... plan to fail! :)
