Take out with out the Take out of your pants :) Plus a treat for your Pup

Still on my quest to eat healthy, even though I’m not seeing a huge number loss on the scale I’m loving our meals. First on our list is a favorite with out all the calories, Chicken Teriyaki with Broccoli.

Next on my list is a favorite of mine, this version of General Tso’s Chicken wasn’t as yummy as the fried favorite but it did get an “ok” from Rick Smile.

Well it’s not the fortune cookie, but it is a treat for your pup Smile. This Peanut Butter Oatmeal Flaxseed dog treat was a hit with Jake.

  13. As usual, I knew I could count on you to help our little meme with some yummy recipes.
The chicken and broccoli sounds delicious. I am really particular about my General Tso's so I don't know if I'd settle for this one. Especially because Bill hates Chinese food and I only get it once in a while.
I adore those doggie treat shapes, my favorite is the fire hydrant - too cute!
