Yet another weekend and another recipe to try! This one actually turned out pretty good, I was a little worried since all I had were frozen hash brown patties. I was actually pretty surprised! Another easy one to make, the longest part is the cooking!
All you need
(yes that is a very large Half & Half, I love coffee) Eggs in a bowl
Add Half and Half
Put Hash browns in the bottom of a casserole dish
Add onions
Add Johnny's I didn't have Ms. Dash
Add Johnny's I didn't have Ms. Dash
Add Bacon
Add the egg mixture
All golden brown and yummy!

EASY EGGS CASSEROLE
1 lb. ham or bacon
Diced 1 med. onion,
Chopped Frozen hashbrowns 4-6
1 c. half & half
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese
12 eggs or Eggbeaters
Salt
Pepper
Mrs. Dash seasoning

Thaw hashbrowns and squeeze out water. Line bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan with hashbrowns. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle hashbrowns with ham or bacon (diced) and onions. Sprinkle 3/4 cup shredded cheese over hashbrowns. Beat 12 eggs and 1 cup half & half and pour over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, let stand before serving. Can be made the night before and refrigerated.
