Should I call Hoarders?

Yesterday I went into Cole Room, on the surface it looked perfect well ok good enough for a 8 year old's room.  THEN I peaked around the corner of the dresser when I was putting around his clothes happened to bend down and guess what I found .... Oh yes there was stuff shoved under the dresser!  SO I almost loose it!

I pull it all out then I check under the bed and under his desk ... UGH yes this is what I found!!

Let's just say mom was not so happy!  So I sent him on cleaning it.  I come in to find the pile gone but my garbage can full.  YUP he took a play from his dad's book and just threw it all away!  OH YES lego's and all!  Do you know how much a lego guy cost these days .... 3 for $15 is what I paid not too long ago!  So on to garbage digging he went!

OH man I'm spent ... BOYS!!  Have a happy weekend!

Things Under the Bed ......

Things have been a little somber around here, but dad is doing well in a lot of pain and on the road to recovery.  So trying to lighten things up a bit around here I thought I'd share what I found under Caden's bed last night.  Having boys sure is fun and what you find under their beds is always fun (ok people they are 8 and 5 so we're talking about food items ... lol).  So hang on here we go.

WWW ~ Clean up, Hiding Toys & Rick's Birthday!H

Well it was a fun weekend here at the house both boys not feeling the best, let's just say Caden's crip needed to be taken apart for a deep clean! After I finished up work Saturday, my dad picked the boys up for two glorious hours! You think I could rest, nope I got to cleaning. I headed to the boys room. How can two little boys make so much of a mess in there! No matter how many times I tell them NO FOOD in your room they keep sneaking it in there!!!

So while cleaning the crib I decided to tackle the toy box. OH boy was I in for a shock! It smelled a little funny, as I take out the toys I get closer to the bottom were I found dried PEE!!!! WTH really dude (has to be Cole) you pee'd in the toy box! You ask him he has no clue? So out come the toys I wash them down and while doing that I got a black bag full to donate (yup see it there all those toys went to Value Village).

The slowest Mexican Restaurant EVER!

Overall a good weekend, Sunday Rick was suppose to go to Church with me on Sunday but was throwing up so it was just me and the boys :(. The comedian at Church they hyped up wasn't that funny. On my way home called my dad to see if they wanted "TO GO WITH US" to lunch. My dad thought I was trying to get them to take us to lunch and pay! NO I wanted you to go with us. LOVE them to death, I haven't borrowed $ in years, but still they always think I want money! KILLS me. So after a huff and me hanging up and calling my bff in tears (they can always do this to me). She calmed me down letting me know I'm a good person they love me they just are weird like that. A good cry and then dad calls and invites us to dinner??? WTH, I know my same thought. We go to dinner I PULL out my card to pay and they say they are paying. I give up, really I wasn't wanting a FREE meal. Really my parents are awesome people you just don't mix them and money into the mix. They are amazing and have done well for themselves and have taught me to take care of myself and not needing anyone, but again don't borrow money ... LOL.

So there it is my weekend in a wrap it was fun a lot of sick people but we made it threw it! WELL kind of Caden still sick, yesterday he came up to me to tell me "Momma my nose hurts". Poor guy nose is all red from sneezing and snot everywhere :( OH joy!

House Happenings! Hold On House I'm calling a mexican stand off!

As you know this weekend I did a little dent on the laundry. So here is the list of done and to do!

Made a dent in the laundry
Got hair done and then tried to pull it out
Made Banana Pumpkin Bread and took a loaf over to the neighbor
(The neighbor said I love you, then got the look like I didn't say that out loud ... LOL darn we're both married ... haha just playing)

And the to do - The Box yup my office in a box
(wonder if I'm avoiding because then it will be for real ... ok Fraud step back)

Monday I made asked Rick to take Caden with him to Home Depot
It's Cold so we bundled (rick didn't like he didn't match)
And oh yeah the lunch of champions a banana, fruit snacks and a fudge brownie ...
don't worry he had a PB&J earlier ;)

And as promised our first project is done! Yeah For our Christmas gift last year my parents gave us Gift Cards for a new deck. Now my parents are funny they kept them until about a month ago to make sure we had the old one tore down and ready for the new one. They crack me up and drive me nuts but at least we finally got them. So Rick picked up the wood and actually completed all this on Wednesday! We kept the concrete pad and just built on top! Caden loved watching out the french doors.

Undies we're still having problems with poor Cole, doc says it's a sleep disorder, he sleeps so hard that he doesn't get up to go potty. He then is embarrassed and hides his underwear!

And oh yeah you're wondering what the brown is! That would be rice crispy treat with chocolate topping! Not just One but TWO. Really dude you get that hungry at night! Crap my midnight snacking is rubbing off on him! Hey I don't hide the evidence, well at least not under the bed just in a pocket of my robe ;).

And for those wondering about my QFC Gift card and coupons! Ok the Top Right is the FREE itmes I got with some of the coupons (still more to use) and Bottom Right is what I bought after using my $25 gift card my total was $29. Yup I saved with my QFC Card, Free Coupons and the Gift Card $107!!! YIPPEE!!!! (yes that is 2 things of beef and 1 thing of chicken also!). And yes they had Wow Wow Wubbzy on Sale for $4.99 so I let Cole talk me into that one!

Well there is a bunch of randomness going on in my world of course in pictures because I know how hard it is to read all the words! I love to skim and view pictures :). Muah

But wait I can't leave you with out what came to for this title. Yup the mexican stand off is over ....

Yup it's over TP!!! For 8 years I somehow became the keeper and the guard of the TP. But NO MORE do you hear me I'm done and this is where it will sit. Of course you know I'm weak and will finally cave but for now I'm standing strong! There are 2 other of you that are currently capable of taking the old one off, yes it's even spring loaded!!!! All you have to do is with one hand gentle pull back, take the old throw in the trash (located directly below) and with that other hand that is jealous because it has nothing to do, grab a FRESH roll and put it on. Then that snazy spring load comes in handy again when you squeeze it back into place! And guess what it's done maybe 30 seconds, 60 TOPS!!!!

Now all say it with me! "If I'm the last to use the roll. Even if there is 2 SHEETS left it still needs to be replaced (really even Cole's rear needs more than 2 sheets)! I will open the cupboard to my right (yes this can be done while you're sitting on the toilet) and do these simple steps!"

(Semi)Wordless Wednesday ... Under the bed

So last week I showed you what the peanut boys did to my brand new jar of peanut butter. Today I show you what I found under there bed. Well Cole actually got his butt under there because he thought his mothers head might just explode. And if he knew who Linda Blair is yup he would have been looking for the split pea soup! So with out further ado and more words ...

Yes that is my hair spray, Lysol, glitter hairspray (Halloween), small bottle of hair spray, oranges and what is the other thing?

Yup crusted orange peels and oh yeah a chocolate wrapper!
