Our party as I've said a few times was at a bowling alley, no outside food. BUT the party did include soda so we need to have cups to drink from! I saw a few designs on Pikachu on a cup so I let my non artist part of me go and gave it a whirl!
What You Need:
Yellow Paper Cups (12pk $1 - Dollar Tree)
Black Sharpie ($1 - Dollar Tree)
Red Sharpie ($1 - Dollar Tree)
This is where you have to free hand, I just looked at a picture and made it. They were not perfect but I loved how they turned out. You could do a template but I'm all about what is easier.
