A little gym funny to make you laugh! I've been trying my hardest to get to gym for a Insanity or RIPPED class at least 4 to 5 times a week. NOW to get my portions back into control. I've been letting it slip and not pleased but not going to beat myself either. For so many years I myself would do this, I would tell myself I can't move I need to take a day off. BUT those days would go from one day to weeks and on and on. Staying strong and I hope to be back on track soon. In the meantime something to make you laugh.
