We had two parties to go to this weekend. The first was a birthday party for friends’ son. He wanted spiderman so I found 2 recipes that were spider themed! The first one was Saucy Spider with Hairy Leg Sticks. Mine was a little on the fat side … yeah no comments we won’t go there but I think he was still cute! I did make my own pizza dough.
Next on the spider theme was Spider “Eggs”, I started first with EatingWell Deviled Eggs and then cut black olives to look like spiders.
And for a superbowl party I found this yummy Jalapeno Popper Dip that was so yummy I could probably eat it all .
I hope you found a recipe you may like to try. I didn’t have time to make up the fun little recipe cards (if any one has an easy way to add to blogger let me know). FOR you who want to answer … lol no one on spot … What is for dinner tonight?
LOL no one on the spot huh? I am going for a stress test this morning at 10:30 so I can't have any breakfast so I will want something good to eat this afternoon and it won't be a TV dinner.
ReplyDeleteI think your spider recipes are really cute and sound delicious too. I will pass on the popper dip though. Jalepeno peppers are way too hot for me.
Those spiders almost look too scary to eat! :)
ReplyDeleteVery cute. I'm sure all of your friends love having you come to their parties.
ReplyDeleteSteak and potatoes...
ReplyDeleteI'm going to have to try that popper dip!
The saucy spider is totally cute and looks tasty too! I love the spider eggs :) hope ur well girlie!
ReplyDeleteThose are adorable...keep those recipes for Halloween...they are great ideas and my family loves deviled eggs so I am stealing that one for sure! :)
ReplyDeleteHappy Wednesday...almost! :)
That spider was so cute! And that popper dip sounds fantastic!! Last night I made cheesey pot pie biscuits. Using biscuits and a muffin tin, made a chicken pot pit type filling, filled the biscuits in the tin and baked. It was really good and I'm sure there's a way to cut the calories and drop the points it would be too. Got it off Pinterest. I have it pinned ;-)
ReplyDeleteThose are so cute. What a sweet friend you are. The dip sounds wonderful.
ReplyDeleteYou continue to amaze me with your cute and delicious looking creations.
