On to Healthy

Ok friends I’m doing it, well I may be feeling like I’m being beat to death but I’m doing it!  The kettlebell work out by Jillian Michael's may only be 25 minutes but I’ve come to the conclusion we could use it as some form of torture system.  Move over water boarding hear comes the KettleBell.  Just playing well sort of!  I’ve been doing good on our meals and this week I’ve started with The Green Monster Smoothie in the mornings.  It’s actually filling and taste rather well.  I think I may put in some protein mix or flax seed.  My bullet is getting a work out itself and doesn’t fit all of it in it so I have to do it in 2 parts but it’s great!

Week 2 of Kettlebell is started.  AND I made an appointment at a local clinic that is a place I can make payments and it’s at a reduced rate!  My appointment is in 2 weeks so hopefully I’ll get my thyroid back on track too!

So there you have it, it’s been very busy around here.  I find that when I’m working out I have less me time but it’s good and soon I’ll find my groove again and be back to visiting.  Sorry if I haven’t said hi, soon I’ll catch up!

You go girl! Probably at about the three week point it will no longer feel like torture and it will feel like fun. Try chia seeds too - they are very good for you.

Good job on the kettlebell workouts! And the getting healthy! It's so important for us mom's to take time for ourselves! Glad you are doing it! :)

pssshhh it doesnt look so yummy way to be postive for her sheesh! i think it looks YUMMY and i have actually had this smoothy i love green smoothies! Its the BEST way to start ur day!! Your body doesnt need a heavy breaky to work on breaking down in the morning cuz by the time it does bingo ur already startin to eat lunch!! is it any wonder some ppl are ALWAYS tired... GOOO ALEXIS ur doing fantastic girlie! And working out needs to be tought as ME time girlie cuz ur doing it for U :) im SO glad u found a clinic like that hoping all goes well on that front for u darls! And i totally agree with Pricilla up there Chia seeds are amazingly good for u!!

Alexis, you are not foolin' me, my mom tried to get me to like liver by telling me it was good...it didn't work then and its not workin' now <:0* Wait did you say peanut butter?....I'm IN!
and maybe if it had some icecream?.....defeats the purpose I know I know ;0) Seriously, You are doing great! Good luck with the new place hope they can help with your thyroid
