NMEDA ~ Giving Independence Back

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of NMEDA. All opinions are 100% mine.

One thing is we all will get older, now I'm not at the age of needing a wheelchair but the time I tore my ACL and was in one for a few weeks let me tell you it gives you a whole new outlook on what life could be. I am not looking forward to these year let alone having to deal with finding the equipment on a limited budgets like social security. Who said life gets easier when your older was a very young person with no clue! Not only do the elderly have to deal with this but people of all of ages with disabilities. Everyone deserve quality products with out going broke in the process!

NMEDA is a non-profit site that helps direct you to their members that sell handicap vans and vehicle modifications for disabled people. They are there to educate consumers on buying products to a NMEDA qualified Dealer. To be a dealer with NMEDA the company is required to adhere to the safety standards of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

Now order things on the internet is great but something is just not the way to go. When ordering something like this you need to have a personalized "in person" evaluation to make sure you get the best and RIGHT for your driving solution. Have more questions or need additional training, that is what they are there for they will assist you every step of the way!
NMEDA has Dealers AND Quality Assurance Program (QAP) dealers.
* The Quality Assurance Program (QAP) is the only nationally recognized accreditation program for the Adaptive Mobility Equipment Industry. It is based on the principle that in order to satisfy customers consistently, companies must have a systematic and documented approach to quality.
Why not help an disabled friend or relative get back to being on the road to independence! Make sure to check out where a location near you, click here.

  1. This is good information to know! We're not at that stage yet, either, but it's also good to tuck away this information in case our parents need it.
