I’ve been so proud of myself I have been planning my meals and sticking to it for the last 6 weeks. I make my meal then go to the grocery store with that list and that is what I buy. I have found I have cut our grocery bills by $20 to $30. I don’t have the crazy what are we having for dinner and then eating late or bad foods. So I thought why not play along with the meal plan ladies .
Here is what we are planning this week, I’ll post pictures and the recipes threw out next week. Maybe you’ll find something you’ll like too!
- Sunday – Healthy Spaghetti & Meatballs
- Monday – Weight Watcher’s Crockpot Meatballs (served over brown rice)
- Tuesday (Friends come to dinner) -Turkey Burgers with Zucchini & Low Fat Strawberry No-Bake Cheesecake
- Wednesday -Spinach and Feta Stuffed Chicken Breasts
- Thursday – Weight Watcher’s Teriyaki Turkey Burgers
- Friday – FREE night Pizza from Papa Murphys
- Saturday – FREE night Homemade Chicken Nuggets
Well there you have it, my first Menu Plan Monday .
Ugh I wish my family would eat healthy. Everything sounds yummy!
