Tummy Filling with out getting a Tummy Overflowing Jeans :)

hehe I know you just had to laugh at that title Smile. I’m loving SkinnyTaste.com, I don’t have to look any further then her site for my weekly meal plan. I have some amazing meals that will will fill up your tummy! Happy Tuesday Everyone!!

First off my boys love Baked Potato Soup, but it is so heavy in fat so I jumped at the chance to try out this recipe. They boys had NO IDEA it was half cauliflower, and I can agree it was absolutely delish!!! I threw mine all in the crockpot because I’m lazy like that .. lol.

Baked Potato Soup (WW 5 Pts)

We love Potato soup around here and to find a lighter version made with cauliflower (that no one even could figure out was in there) was perfect!!

Next on the meal plan was a super yummy and creamy Chicken Shiitake and Wild Rice Soup! I HATE mushrooms and loved this dish, I know if you know me your opened mouth right now Smile.
