hehe I know you just had to laugh at that title . I’m loving SkinnyTaste.com, I don’t have to look any further then her site for my weekly meal plan. I have some amazing meals that will will fill up your tummy! Happy Tuesday Everyone!!
First off my boys love Baked Potato Soup, but it is so heavy in fat so I jumped at the chance to try out this recipe. They boys had NO IDEA it was half cauliflower, and I can agree it was absolutely delish!!! I threw mine all in the crockpot because I’m lazy like that .. lol.
Next on the meal plan was a super yummy and creamy Chicken Shiitake and Wild Rice Soup! I HATE mushrooms and loved this dish, I know if you know me your opened mouth right now .

<p>This Was a <span class="caps">HUGE</span> hit with the whole family (my rice was a little crunchy next time I’ll work on that). Now I <span class="caps">HATE</span> Mushrooms and <span class="caps">LOVED</span> this dish :).</p>
And for something yummy that makes you think your dinning on breadsticks but no they are cauliflower breadsticks.
