Sorry been absent yesterday yesterday and today have been a little NUTTY! My house of cards that I call life needed a little mud patching ... hehe! I think everything has been cleaned up and taken care of and now onto the day of more stuff! Oh lord! Thought a little humor can do us all a little good today.
Make sure to check out my friend Amy for Round Robin
At least you are almost through it! I HATE potty training.
ReplyDeleteThat's great that Caden is potty training AND he tells you when he needs to go (even if it is every few minutes-LOL!) Blake still waits until the very last second to tell me and sometimes it's too late :-/ At least he's out of diapers though and that does feel awesome!! :-)
ReplyDeleteOh, I remember those days! Its so worth it to get rid of the diapers though!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by today!
lol Too too funny and very true. Thanks for the giggle!
ReplyDeleteHA! Love the comparisons side by side! Glad 3 yr old does not do all the same things the puppy does, with laughing, or this would be a case for a professional...he he Mine potty trained at the same time, which then they did everything together, not in the same room LOL but one did it, the other had to. I am surprised we got anything done right? LOL
ReplyDeleteThis made me laugh.. I was training Belle and Alyce at the same time. It was funny to see who would do what first. But we made it and I know you will do the same.. Thanks for linking up.. It was great to have you..
ReplyDeleteI like how you compare the two. We don't have any kids but our puppy has be pretty good. We have a doggie door and a fenced in yard so he basically goes out on his own, except when we are at work or I make him go out.
ReplyDeleteGood luck!
I have been diaper free since my youngest was 18 months old but then again I heard girls are easier to train than boys.. I dont know. I dont have any boys..lol but glad you are on your way out of them.
ReplyDeleteThe day we threw out our last diaper was JOYOUS! Here's hoping you are dancing the no huggies jig soon. Blessings, Joanne
ReplyDeleteI guess that's a reason NOT to get a puppy! I'm potty training my boy too. AHHHH!
ReplyDeleteYou've reminded me (yet again) why I will never get a puppy. I can't handle all that work. Potty training my boys was a nightmare.
ReplyDeleteYeah for almost being diaper free!!
I am with you on the potty training! Abby has started and is doing ok. We haven't really gone 'full bore' for the training yet but she has started to wake up dry from her naps so it's time to really start. How do you handle nighttime potty needs? I am still struggling with Jacob on that one.
ReplyDeleteYay! Youre almost diaper free!! Whooo hoooooo!
ReplyDeleteYea, I am not sure what is easiest. Both were work and I hated it! lol! Good luck...out of diapers would be great though!
ReplyDeleteOh my.... so funny!!
ReplyDeleteWow. You have been busy. Potty training almost does me in. We will have to celebrate when you are free of diapers. It is a great feeling.
ReplyDeleteIf he has gone poop on the toilet I think he is on his way to being trained. Puppy is doing pretty well too, they are both a matter of asking/taking them every two hours or so.
ReplyDeleteSo I'm thinking it's a toss-up between the puppy and the three year old.
ReplyDeletei was lucky enough that Loche did pretty good with his potty training it took us 2weeks and it was over! As for the dog....well lets just say i am the only person that dog fears in our house hold lol...he learnt quickly as well! And he also learnt to hold it so that puppy bladder of his stretched out bigger then a tablespoon and didnt require the need to pee every 10mins! Lol.. Glad ur almost free of diapers! WTG Mama!
ReplyDeleteJDaniel says he could wear diapers forever.
ReplyDeleteYippee for you! I'm STILL working on some of these puppies - but tow of them are 4 years old and one of them is 6 years old, so as the saying goes, "You can't teach an old dog new tricks."
ReplyDeleteGive Caden a HUGE hug from me for becoming a big boy and using the potty.
