Wow I can’t believe that 2010 is almost over? I can’t believe I’m sitting her typing our Christmas letter again, I could have sworn I just wrote last years letter!
This year has been like most but with a little more ups and downs then previous years. Like everyone between the economy and life going ons we’re just happy to come out of this year with jobs and healthy children.
This year Cole turned 6 years old! He was very excited to celebrate with his friends at the Children’s Museum. That month was a fun month for Cole but a hard month for us Rick’s job hit the cut of the down turn of Economy. Thanks to my wonderful bosses Cole’s party was covered and he was able to celebrate with a nice party with friends and family.
June Cole finished Kindergarten and was very sad to leave his friends. Due to cost we knew he wouldn’t be able to go back to that school. July brought us many blessings. Rick got the news we were waiting on a new job. July also was Caden’s 3rd Birthday (You noticing a pattern loose and gain a job around kids birthdays – yup in the nick of time we were saved). My parents hosted Caden’s party at their waterfront and provided an amazing spread for everyone to choose from. We had a wonderful Beach Party with lot’s swimming and time to sit in the sun!
August right before school started and my panic of what we will do for Cole a postcard came in the mail for a great Lutheran School right down the street for a HUGE break in the monthly tuition. Taking my queue Cole & I went to tour the school. It is a wonderful school that has been there for 50 years (not sure why I didn’t know about it before). Cole’s class is 1st and 2nd grade together for a total of 16 kids! It’s the perfect environment for our hyper little angel. We have found some wonderful Homeopathic remedies that have helped him with his ability to focus, impulsiveness & hyperactivity. His new teacher keeps commenting on how much he has improved!
Cole has become the beaming artist and will draw pictures for hours. Caden on the other hand took that queue and has drawn on a few walls & doors J thank you Magic Eraser. Caden is doing great going to daycare and hopefully potty trained soon so he can go to the Pre-school at Cole’s school. Alexis has found the perfect job working from home and has been truly blessed with the most amazing bosses that spoil her rotten. Rick is loving being back in Loss Prevention, plus bouncing and oh yeah doing security for Events around town. Yup it’s a busy life and we’re making or way back to clear.
Many Blessings to you and your family and God Bless! Have a Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year.
