So I’m doing good on my exercise and been eating well and still finding great recipes that feed my need to eat yummy food. First off I found this Kalyn's Stuffed Cabbage Casserole. I loved it, the boys thought it was just ok but I’m all that matters right? LOL … My neighbor got the other half since my boys don’t do left overs.
Last yummy on my list was Healthified Mexican Pasta Skillet that the boys of course loved since they are all about the Mexican food.
We have our Tuesday dinner friends coming over so we have Meatball and Spaghetti Soup. What is on your menu tonight?

My menu consists of Healthy
choice and Lean Cuisine. I am cooking something today Alexis so you would be proud of me. Pork steak and a baked potato. How is that?

The cabbage casserole looks quite yummy.We're having spring rolls tonight
God bless your Boys...My Son won't go near beans! or even a meatball! Hmmmm perhaps they switched him at birth...right now there is a little chubby kid who loves to eat everything including meat ...he's probably with a vegetarian family!

Those both look awesome! I'll have to remember to try the cabbage casserole when we get cabbages from our garden this year...I make one already, but this sounds better! :-)
