First off I must apologize this last month has been insane with the carnival, summer and the boys. Well actually more than a month but I guess time flies when you're sinking! hehe I promise to catch up on giveaways, review and comments!
I wanted to try out a new name for my Monday Meals Meme. What do you think my best buddy Amy gave me an awesome title too that I'll also try out. I'm a nut (like you don't know this) about things being just a certain way. And yes I'm crazy if I have a Monday Meme it may have to have M's ... lol ;). If we like then I can even see if I can bust out a button!
Let me know what you think! Sorry this is a drive by posting I'm so exhausted from the carnival this weekend (don't worry that is a story in itself). I haven't really had a day off so I'm sorry again for being absent!

Then we have a yummy desert that I sent to the neighbors house. I didn't even steal a bite but I heard it was yummy :). Cole HAD to have cherries when we were at the store and guess WHAT yup he didn't eat them but a handful. Instead of throwing them away I used them :).

I have never made strogonaff for my family...it will be a must for this fall and your recipe sounds great!
ReplyDeleteThe cherry dessert looked good too but I am not a huge fan of cherries.

the meal sounds great.. just wish i liked cherries more than i do!
ReplyDeleteThanks! I needed some new recipe ideas - I've found myself in a slump to come up with anything new lately!
ReplyDeleteI've never made stroganoff, sounds pretty good.
ReplyDeleteWhat a yummy meal. Wow Poser you are just too sweet and funny.. I hope your babysitter comes through for date night also. If not I wish I could be there. I loved your meals today. Great theme and meme..
ReplyDeleteThat sounds great.. I hope you get a date night. and dinner and desert look awsome.. I have never done home made stroganoff this way. MY mom used to use hamburger, cream of mush, and sourcream and the beef broth, she skipped the flour and we would add canned mushrooms also for veggies.. Just different ways of cooking or just some skipped steps I never knew needed being done. I might try this again sometime.. I love home made stroganoff..
ReplyDeleteMmmm...minus the mushrooms!
ReplyDeletemmmmmmmmm I could eat that right now, delicious :)
ReplyDeleteThey both sound like delicious recipes... Such a simple recipe for stroganoff, wow. I will have to try that (minus the 'shrooms for Bill) sometime soon.
ReplyDeleteThanks for all your wonderfulness!
That crisp looks delicious. Sounds like things are going better over there. I'm really happy for you.
ReplyDeleteCherry crisp in a round pan is fun!!!! I would scrape that whole crispy top off and eat it!
ReplyDeleteWhat I want to know is HOW DID YOU LIKE the recipes. I want more review of the recipe than just THE recipe and photos! Tell me how you liked them... did one need a little "this" or some more "that."
