Your hair is so cute! I forgot to comment a few days ago- you had me contemplating a new look for myself... I am sending out a prayer for you and your family! I thought you may want to know, once I ordered a $50 ice cream cake for my son's birthday... and put it in the refridgerator overnight! What kind of an idiot forgets to put an ice cream cake in the freezer??? That's right sister, me!
ReplyDeleteYou know, I will drive myself crazy making sure we get to others' parties, even if it's not convenient at all. And then I get blown off without so much as an apology. It really hurts.
ReplyDeleteStill praying for your family! I hope he gets something soon!
Thanks for the job front update....still praying.
ReplyDeleteAnd the party thing? I just don't get it...RSVP's are easy when people provide an email or even txt me. If you can't come, fine, just TELL ME. Last year for Girlie's FIRST birthday we went all out. Invited over 40 people, rented a place (because we live in a mouse hole) and it ended up being a grand total of 11 people. I was SOOOOOO mad! This year? Not gonna happen. We'll do something kickass for her but everyone else can suck my big toe.
Mmmmm, cupcakes.
ReplyDeleteI hope Rick gets one of the jobs. All hooves are crossed here!
Have a great party!
Sounds like your ready. If people don't show then I would not go to their parties either unless they have a great excuse. One day you will reach your limit of times you will let people walk all over you.
ReplyDeletePraying that Rick gets on of the jobs. Hope the party is wonderful and have a great time.
You are a wonderful mom with a wonderful dad. I know that things will work out with Rick... he WILL get a job because you are such a terrific person who does so much for others, God will provide for your family!
ReplyDeleteLove you!!
Wow Lady, You make me feel like I'm not doing enough. Slow down would ya.
ReplyDeleteRSVP...Really, how hard is that?!? I feel your pain. And the E-vite. Come on, all it takes is 2 clicks!!! Get with it people!!!
VERY BUSY LADY, FINGERS CROSSED FOR RICK, I JUST SECURED A JOB YESTERDAY WAITED 6 BLOOMIN MONTHS :(
ReplyDeleteOh girlie thinking about you guys! Hope everything will be ok about the job!
ReplyDeleteAnd as always you're one busy girlie!
Thank goodness for families who help us in our time of need! Sounds like you've got an amazing dad! =)
ReplyDeleteIt'll work out, keep faith and remember: Let Go and Let God.
Love ya girl!
Good luck on the job front! I'll be thinking of ya'll.
ReplyDeleteAND... I can't STAND WHEN PEOPLE DO NOT RSVP and THEN have the audacity to SHOW UP... and then you have no goody bag for them or anything. It just irritates me. You want to prove a poitn to the parent but don't want the kid to be left out. It's irritating.
You are one busy woman! I am so excited about the interviews and call backs!! Hoping and praying for the best for you and your family!!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad I only have to worry about family at parties...so far...LOL!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad that Rick has had interviews-that's awesome!!! I'm sure he'll have something in no time, if he doesn't already :-)
