Beat up Eggs
Add Bisquick
Add milk
Add milk
Brown bacon and put on the bottom of dish
Add Cheese to the Bisquick mixture
Pour over bacon
Set oven for 400 for 50 minutes
Out of the oven
Yummy!
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a casserole dish. Mix eggs, Bisquick, milk, salt and pepper. Beat 1 minute. Pour into dish and add cheese. Stir in sausage and onions. Bake uncovered 50 minutes or until center tests clean. Cool 5 minutes.

1 1/3 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

ReplyDeleteI've never done one with Bisquick before, but just this past weekend made one with eggs, sausage and cheese. LOVE it! Sounds really good right now too! Eggs for lunch? I'm thinking yes!
