Well Goodbye 2011, Hello 2012 and we can say we’re going to do a lot of things but right now I’ve decided to just do one day at a time and be better then I was before! Well it’s what I’m going with right now, stop giggling and just let me live in a little bliss for today .. hehe!
My friend had us over to her house for a little get together for the count down and I made a few things to share. I can never go to a party empty handed.
I took this Apple Pie Cucake and tweaked it a bit to include Sparkling Apple Cider. I thought it was perfect for the new year!
Then I had to make some dips. The first dip was a Weight Watcher Feta & Spinach Dip.
Feta and Spinach Dip (WW 2pts)
Snack, Spinach, Feta, Weight Watcher, 2 points
And the hit of the party was the Weight Watcher Hot Artichoke Dip.

Happy New Year! Hope you all had a wonderful year and many more blessings to come this new year! What did you do for the New Year? Did you make anything yummy?
Yummy! I'm so hungry this morning, too. You're making it worse. LOL.
ReplyDeleteHappy 2012!
I shouldn't be looking at food posts since I am living on yogurt, pudding, and milkshakes right now, but everything looks delish, especially those cupcakes! Have a wonderful 2012!
ReplyDeleteYour cupcakes look beautiful! I really need to try the weight watcher's hot artichoke dip. I've heard nothing but good things about that recipe. Maybe I'll put it together for our next get together.
ReplyDeleteI need to try that feta & spinach dip! We tried a few healthier apps for NYE and this one would have been a great addition! Maybe for Super Bowl? Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year to you and your family. I hope it's a good one for you!
ReplyDeleteThose cupcakes sound wonderful. I am just now getting rid of all of my holiday goodies so I will have to put them on the back burner for awhile.
ReplyDeleteI fixed ham 'n' beans and cornbread for the new year. New Year's Eve I was in bed by 10:30PM.
I must try that spinach dip!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE artichoke dip! Happy new year Alexis!
ReplyDeleteBlessings, Joanne
Wishing you a Happy New Year.

ReplyDeleteIt all sounds so yummy. The muffins sound tasty and I love dips. That's a lot to bring to a party. Your a nice guest.
ReplyDeleteThose dips and cupcakes look amazing! I'll have to keep the dips in mind for the Super Bowl :-)
ReplyDelete"Be better than I was before". Simple and perfect. Love it. :)
ReplyDeleteHonestly you are like my mummy idol for 2012. You are so imaginative and creative with food etc. I need to be more of a domestic goddess and cook better, healthier foods (from scratch not the freezer lol).
ReplyDeleteI went to Wales for NYE to stay with fam. Was fun but I missed having it at my house. I was glad of the break as I had hosted Christmas by myself this year and was lovely catching up with the family. Didn't like the 5 hour drive mind you lol. Take care xx
