Tempt My Tummy Tuesday - Leftover Ham Pie

You know I've been on a HUGE ham kick for a while now but I'm trying to find a different recipe each night for the left overs. I found this simple 4 ingredients recipe was so yummy and easy! Yes it's not a theme it's my motto "Quick, Simple and Good". Enjoy! (Note: I ended up using 2 boxes of the corn muffin mix and added extra milk to make it smooth)

All you need!
Very very easy!!!! Put the ham in the casserole dish
Add the green onions
Add the Cheese Make the Corn Muffin Mix
I did 2 boxes instead of the 1 it calls for
(According to the box)
Add Egg to dry mix
Add the milk
( I added a full cup)
Pour Corn Muffin mix over ham mixture
Add the rest of the cheese on top
Out of the oven!
2 c. cooked ham, cut into bite size
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix

Sprinkle ham, half of the cheese and green onion in bottom of greased 9 inch pie plate. Prepare corn muffin mix according to package. Pour over ingredients in pie plate. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes.
