A quick and easy one, yes more left over ham ... what it's cheap and the kids like it. Here is a SUPER easy one I found on
www.Cooks.com. Just had to share yet another yummy one, enjoy!
All you need :)
Put ham in the casserole dish
Add the can of Cream of Mushroom
I only did one can and it worked great
Add the milk
Add the onions
Add the Cheese
Add the rice
Put the cornflakes on top
Then in the oven
Out of the oven!
Sorry someone took a bite before I could take a pic.
1 c. cooked rice
3 slices ham chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated Velveeta cheese
Mix all ingredients in glass casserole dish. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

ReplyDeleteYou know when Cole and his brother start cooking in college they are going to call him Casserole Cole, lol, sorry I could not help myself with that one :), but he will be the most popular kid on campus like my son is known as Grillin Sharky (his nickname really!)
ReplyDeleteSo simple! Definitely need to keep this in mind for that next ham we make :-)
ReplyDeleteThis looks so good. I never cook ham or use it in recipes(yeah right as if I even own recipes or follow what they say) but I do love it.
ReplyDeleteLooks really good and something my picky family might actually eat!
ReplyDeleteI was wondering, how do you get the code box to link to your forum? I made up a cute button, but don't know how to make the code box show...lol!
Thanks!
Michelle
