(CLOSED) MSM~ Zucchini Apple Bread ~ Make-Ahead Meals for Busy Moms Giveaway

As you all know I have found my new passion in life and that is making yummy things, it could be dinner, baking goods or just something funky for lunch. Today is my usual Make Something Monday and I'm going to share this day with an amazing new cook book and yes I made a recipe to show you how simple it is! And even better one of YOU get to WIN a copy of the book also!

Today I'm going to share with you an AMAZING recipe and book! As you know I'm a busy mom ... yes understatement of the world huh? Do you find yourself running home and having no idea what you'll have for dinner? Well let me just say I have found my new BFF, yes I've even bought it's own half the BFF heart necklace. Jane Doiron wrote Make-Ahead Meals for Busy Moms an amazing cookbook that has so many recipes to choose from. Now there are no pictures but don't you worry you won't be disappointed. I made 2 (yes 2) of the recipes last night and LOVED them both. Today I'm going to share with you Zucchini Apple Bread! It was to die for, so good I wrapped one up and took it over to the neighbors house (yes less for me to eat). They have been so sweet letting Cole play it was the least I can do :).

The way Jane wrote Make-Ahead Meals for Busy Moms is perfect so you can make a bunch and then freeze for a later date. Like Sundays you can make a bunch and then put them in a freezer for the week! Or you can do it the night before and it tells you exactly what to do. I was so impressed with how Jane made it so you can make larger batches you one for that nights dinner and then put one in the freezer for another night! So Check out what I made:

Zucchini Apple Bread, that was the perfect way to use up one of the two zucchini's I got out of my garden and some of those apples Cole brought home from the field Trip last week. Yes That is a little pink bow on the bread, I had to make it look cute when I took it over to the neighbors. And yes that is the dishes all dirty in my sink! LOL

Jane Doiron is a busy working mom of two boys. She is an Elementary School teacher with a passion for cooking and experimenting with recipes. With her busy schedule, Jane has found that make ahead meals (meals prepared in advance) are time-savers, money-savers and are the best alternatives to eating "take-out", which is not usually a healthy meal choice. Jane's cookbook is the result of her years of seeking out new recipes, experimenting with family-favorite recipes, and turning them into make ahead meals. Make ahead meals can be frozen ahead, assembled ahead, or cooked ahead and reheated. The recipes in her cookbook are a combination of all three and were specially formulated without compromising the food's taste and texture.
