It's Friday and Round Robin time again make sure you check out my poser girl Amy at Keeping up with the Schultz Family! So for my Round Robin I'm putting up a new book I've fallen in LOVE with. I love books and stay up way too late reading them, probably why I'm always tired but I just love to read, it keeps my mind fresh and actually it's really relaxing. I know who would think but really it helps my mind!
Off Season by Anne Rivers Siddons is an amazing touching book that I couldn't put down. It's a love story of an adorable couple that ends in loss. Trying to coup with the loss of her husband Lilly retreats to the place where they fell in love, this amazing place on the coast of Maine. I think the reason this book touched me was their love for each other and the journey she goes threw during her grief. She remembers all the good times and even the times where she may have turned a blind eye. This is like life imitating art, how we may only see what we want to see and not always what is right in front of our eyes. Hold on to a tissue box you'll enjoy the ups and downs and all the beautiful story of first love that ended in tragedy.
